Lead a team of four technical writers, including assigning tasks among the team, managing work balance, and ensuring project completion on time and within budget while maintaining status as an individual contributor. Conduct weekly one-on-ones with team members to maintain task visibility and assist in solving problems and removing roadblocks.Create budget estimations and justifications for internal and external job proposals. Direct the technical publications team to begin including HTML e-manuals in our offerings, involving creating instructions, product testing, and getting buy-in from program managers and process owners.

The Journey Leadership Institute is a nine-month business leadership program which combines the expertise of Gwinnett’s top leadership and development organizations into one cohesive program where participants are led through a series of workshops that work together to grow and cultivate their current skills and knowledge. The Journey Leadership Institute began with a combination of training on core values, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness. After developing a deep understanding of self, our cohort continued to grow and develop as we participated in each of the 9-monthly topic-based workshops.
