• coordination of all project drawings
• coordinations of all bid documents and subcontractor selections
• Managment of the building permit and all inspections with superintendent
• purchasing Managment
• Prepare project schedule, coordinate and monitor along side the superintendent

• all administrative duties to help the special projects construction department
• closeout package assembly for all projects
• updates of all internal data bases, which included project directories
• archiving of all projects including their drawings
• portfolio set up of all past history projects for business development

• vendor set-up
• month end reconciliations
• accounts receivable for all incoming invoices and or purchases
• job cost data entry
• job cost reporting

• Review and enter all incoming transcripts for new students from other colleges.
• Filing of all incoming and outgoing transcripts according to student.
• Mailing of all upcoming events within the University.
• Delivery of new student college catalogs to the different advising departments within the University for all current and new student.
