Owner And Founder
CurrentI started Slow Living Solutions as part of my ongoing commitment to living a fulfilled life, which for me means living with intention and purposefully building/contributing to the economic development of my community. With a long history in corporate America, Marketing, and Organizational Change, it became apparent to me the toll that rapid business evolution and competitive demand was taking on my wellbeing and the wellbeing of my colleagues. Upon leaving my major-metropolis life for the Shenandoah Valley where I am surrounded by artists and entrepreneurs, I wanted to apply my expertise in a more purpose-driven way. Slow Living Solutions helps individuals identify a vision for themselves of the life that they want to be leading, pinpoint their challenges in making their vision a reality, and helping them co-create a manageable, tangible, executable roadmap to achieving their goals across 4 lifestyle categories: Creating Health, Making Space, Finding Fit, Form, and Function, and Growing Abundance.Rooted in Positive Psychology, Human-Centered Design, and Change Management practices, our approach empowers our clients with personalized roadmapping and consulting towards their goals for the Slow Living lifestyle they want.
