- Supervise new store opening signage; including translations, conversions, legal approval, printing and shipping to over 48 countries- Liaise with International Marketing, PR, Social, and Ecom teams to ensure Marketing campaign is successfully delivered across all channels- Manage budget for translations and assist Marketing Manager with annual in-store campaign budget- Recommend key marketing window call outs, eg. price points and merchandise selects- Create post campaign traffic reports for planned promotions; research in store traffic, sales, and year to year comparisons

- Create merchandise assortment plans to maximize sales profitability by ensuring accurate and relevant store inventory levels- Partner with the allocation team to develop and implement seasonal strategies by region, climate, etc.- Present recommendations and other analysis to Planning manager related to driving shortlong-term business goals including hind-sights, colorpattern selling, etc.- Assemble line sheets, showcasing launch dates, total units, styles, costs, price, and IMU for all departments in the company to go off of- Collect post campaign analysis by tracking sales and gross margin of each item sold and the collection as a whole- Coordinate collections with charities/designers, as well as holiday promotions. Communicate heavily with the warehouses, buyers, marketing, visuals, operations, and stores to ensure a successful launch
