The company I founded together with my friends during my time at university. We specialise in the production of moulds for smaller concrete elements and large products and sewer systems. At Camaxis, I'm in charge of finances. Our customers include a companies from the Czech Republic, Austria, Belgium or Saudi Arabia, where products from our moulds are used to the construction of the world's new tallets building.

At Shipvio, as CFO, I was primarily in charge of the overall financial strategy, controlling and cash flow. Furthermore, the preparation of the company's financial model and business plan for growth in other European markets. My responsibilities also included process management in a growing startup, or the development of an invoicing platform involving the automation of complex VAT issues in international transport. Together with a team of colleagues, we managed to raise tens of millions of CZK and be the fourth best startup in the world in the Startup World Cup competition.Shipvio helps SME's to ship small packages and pallets across Europe using our network of vehicles with spare truck capacity and saves 15-25 % on average of company’s logistics expenses, time and not even mentioning all the struggles related. The Startup is on path of creating worlds largest group of available vehicles in one platform and automatize the whole logistics process for businesses and people.

Furthermore, my responsibilities included all fundraising activities, in particular raising funds through grants and individual donors and securing non-financial partnerships. At the same time, I participated in the strategic direction as a member of the management.
