Main activities: gathered all information on the Kyoto Protocol, the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) and other green incentive systems and presented my findings to our Project Developers and senior management at Booz Allen Hamilton and USAID. The goal was to connect our project developers with the best possible CDM consultants so they could apply for CDM green certificates known as CERs which can generate substantial profit to the project developers. In order to present these consultants to the project developers I conducted a highly detailed evaluation of the consultants which took several months.• Undertook market research and identification of local renewable energy sector project developers;• Developed activity plans, scopes of work, relevant requests for proposals, scheduled meetings, organized agendas for visiting experts, assisted experts, monitored and evaluated relevant project activities upon completion and all other related administrative tasks.Major accomplishment: Our client - project developer constructed one of the first small hydro power plants in Serbia.
