As an Account Director, I was responsible for building partnerships with clients to help them extract the full potential from their brands. This included brand planning support, identifying opportunities and managing the full life-cycle and production of both campaigns and re-brands for businesses spanning a range of sectors, notably technology, education, charity, utilities and automotive.I attended pitches and new business meetings, wrote cost proposals, managed and contributed to strategic and creative development, produced a wide range of creative content (photography, film, animation, print and digital/social), controlled project timelines and finances and handled third-party relationships (media, digital, PR).

As a client-facing project manager working across multiple international clients, I managed full-scale integrated branding, advertising and marketing campaigns, as well as targeted single-platform projects, including digital, print, outdoor and direct sale.I gained wide ranging experience working predominantly in the property sector with both boutique and volume developers, agents and housing associations.

I performed three roles across three client projects:1) Communications Lead at UK government department – Developed communications strategies and internal and external communications for civil servants to use to administer a new government benefit.2) Training Lead at global telecoms manufacturer – Quickly mastered new online procurement tool on which to then deliver training sessions to clients in English and French. Led 33 sessions (training 190+ employees) and received highest average feedback score within training team.3) Deployment Lead at global gas supplier – Coordinated the deployment of new IT systems at over 350 petrol stations in one particular European market and responsible for closing out subsequent issues.Main skills developed included: stakeholder management, project management, data analysis and modelling, training development and delivery, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.

I led small Marketing team (3-5 people) to promote RISE:1) Responsible for strategising, implementing and evaluating campaigns to promote the charity and its fundraising initiatives (i.e. Survival Week, RISE Challenge). Campaigns included: Survival Week Online Community, RISE Challenge Video Competition, RISE print advertising across Accenture London office.2) Used a variety of marketing tools to publicise RISE, including: advertising, mailing lists, social communities, videos (video below created by myself) and competitions.3) Grew mailing list to 150+ people, launched Survival Week at Accenture (50+ people participated, raising £2,000), boosted RISE digital profile at Accenture.Main skills developed included marketing planning and implementation, managing teams.

As part of a 10-month internship abroad:1) I worked closely with clients to perform variety of detailed accounting controls on financial accounts.2) Became fluent in French whilst also learning much about the finance industry. Main skills developed included client relationship management, Excel.
