I am a highly analytical decision-maker with extensive experience with project managing of large scale capital projects in NYC as well as residential mortgage loans in Oahu, Hawaii. I have a proven record of creating value for clients by identifying financing opportunities, generating innovative financing strategies and presenting a compelling and clear message that helps clients understand every aspect of a transaction. I thrive on competition, challenges, and creatively solving complex issues. Since graduating from Cornell University in 2005, I have worked with hundreds of municipalities, hospitals, universities and other 501c3s in helping them find unique financial solutions to capital financing issues. In 2012, I moved to Honolulu, Hawaii to pursue a new set of challenges with my wife, which includes the founding of Hawaii Salsa 101, Linda Melodia Dance Company LLC and Salsa In Hawaii LLC. With these ventures my passion for the arts crosses paths with my business experience and ultimately helps bring dance to the public. In 2014, I have expanded my efforts and now bring my professional experience to Hawaii's real estate market as the liaison between consumers looking to finance a purchase of residential property and Honolulu HomeLoans.
