Our network consists of 79 Local Groups in 31 countries, reaching out to 60 000 students.Part of my responsibilities as a member of the Central Board of ESTIEM consisted in being the financial manager (planning and managing the annual Budget of 50.000 eur) of the organisation, defining the strategic plan for the year, performing the accounting of the organisation and being the legal representative towards the Dutch government. Furthermore with the Financial Controllers we have prepared a strategic plan for realigning the financial year with the changing association year of the organisation as well as the ground work for implementing statistical budget and usage of new bookkeeping software.I also have the opportunity to lead and work in several multicultural teams, keeping the overview of the organisation and its development. The work as a Board member kept me away from Macedonia more than 200 days in 2015.
