I am passionate about people, systems, technology and how they communicate and interact.After an apprenticeship in the metal industry, founding two companies after graduation, 10 years of leadership roles at a European market leader as well as Germany's first successful business network and 2 years traveling the world, I finally decided to combine all these great experiences and perspectives into a role as an consultant, organisational developer and coach. In the last ten years I focussed my consultancy and development work mainly on people and systems and the challenges they face while adapting to the needs of a far more complex and fast changing world using either a systemic or a relationship-orientated approach and a conviction for empathic listening and observation. My strength lies in dealing with people and understanding the complexity of change and transformation, as well as in designing and supporting corresponding interventions and change projects. I consider myself as a positive, quite humorous, open, clear and caring character with strong communication skills. Clients feedback me they particularly appreciate the combination of an analytical and empathic consulting perspective and many years of personal experience as an executive in a wide variety of organisational forms and phases.
