Operations:- Organize, monitor and adjust in order to make Multifunctional Operators / Technical Operators deployable as efficiently and effectively as possible.- Organizing and common of the entire production chain.- Follow up of the hourly reporting and efficiency.- Setting up better improvement goals, actively participating and implementing improvement projects and evaluating them on a regular basis.- Follow-up and punishment of a safety and environmental culture within the organization. Responsible for the optimal safety of the employees- Responsible for optimum quality of the displayed products with an eye to all standard operating procedures and work instructions.- Responsible for keeping the operations related SOPs and work instructions up to date.- Responsible for household and visual management in the IPT.- Responsible for input of operations related items during budget preparation.People and personnel planning:- Follow-up and preparation of the personnel planning- Monitoring, coaching and adjusting the Multi-functional Operators.- Recruitment interviews with possible candidate Operators.- Responsible for the training level of the multi-functional operators & the further development thereof.Administration:- Documenting, initiating and investigating deviations. Reporting and solving problems.- Ensuring compliance with safety instructions and procedures.- Function as project leader or assist in production-related and cross-departmental projects.

- Managing 9 direct reports (Team Leaders).- Project work: Starting up new production line.- Preparing SOPs true workgroups.

As Teamleader:- Lead a production unit of max 40pers.- Take care of production planning & provide the optimum occupancy rate with a critical eye.- Contact with various employment agencies, contract applications (across the teams).- Preparing evaluations & taking evaluation talks.- Follow-up of KPIs & targets, proactively respond to negative results.As WCM Engineer:- Development of competence matrix, training schedules & development trajectory support.- Organize & follow up internal & external training.- Create an HR agency policy & monitoring short / long term contracts.- 5S implementation.- Kaizen projects / zero loss.- Perform internal audits with regard to ISO certification.

- Supporting role in various SHE (Safety, health & environment) projects.- Co-lead of Sobane / Deparis meetings (to improve well-being at work).- Project work to improve ergonomically demanding working conditions.- Drafting work instructions & working procedures.

- Active lead a logistic production unit of max 7pers.- Preparing evaluations & conducting evaluation interviews.- Supervising external packaging assignments (including IMT Antwerp, Philip Morris Holland)
