I help Works Councils and other stakeholders to analyze complex issues and design participatory processes that foster collaboration, learning, and innovation.I have a master's degree in public administration and a bachelor's degree in applied safety and security management. I am certified by CRKBO and SCOOR, and have expertise in collaborative decision-making, employee training, and policy writing. I have also contributed to publications and research on topics related to the mental health sector and public administration.
