As Manager I'm responsible for our Business Area Digital Insights. Digital Insights delivers Business Intelligence solutions to our customers to enable them to be more competetive. I'm a member of the Management Team of the company where we develop the business and set goals for growth. I have budget responsibility and responsible for staff and staffing.I work operationally within our BI-solutions with focus on Microsoft BI-platform.

In my previous position I was responsible for the department within Komatsu that works with our ERP's, BI, integrations and administrative systems. The department involved five Business/BI Analysts. The position includeded being responsible for administration, operation and project management for all systems and projects that belongs to Komatsu's Business System area. I was part of the Komatsu Forest ICT steering committee, which decided on strategic ICT issues for the entire group, as well as a member the management team for the group's ICT. Much of the time was spent on budgeting and cost follow-ups of project management and ICT management, as well as negotiations on agreements with suppliers. As department manager, I was responsibility to develop our business and employees and ensure that they have the right skills, competence and motivation. The operational work consisted of being responsible for solutions/platforms of our systems, project management, system management, and being responsible for BI within the group, which was based on Microsoft technology. I also worked as an internal BI-Consultant/developer and as solution architect of our Global Dynamics AX/D365 implementation.

As an ERP Specialist, I was responsible for the business systems of our subsidiaries. This included being responsible for administration and further developing of these systems based on the requirements and demands from the process owners and management. The role included project management, coordination, and follow-up of these activities. I worked with negotiations and procurement of consulting services and projects. I also worked with follow-up of project costs and certification of invoices. I was system manager/adminstrator for about 20 systems, mainly in the financial area. I also worked with the Group's BI development. Within BI I worked both as an internal consultant and developer. I participated in a project to replace the current business systems at our subsidiaries with Dynamics AX. In the project, my role was to be a solution architect and technically responsible from Komatsu's side.

At CGI/Logica I worked as consultant with focus on Microsofts ERP - Dynamics NAV. I was also account manager for our customers, which included follow up’s, coordination and customer success management. The job included understanding the customer's business and propose solutions of how their business system best can support their processes. I was also project manager for projects ordered by the customer, such as implementations and upgrades.

My responsibilities were product costing, standard rates, ERP support, MPS, and to create monthly production reports sent to HQ on Ireland. Other duties include reconciliations, budgeting, budget monitoring, calculating and follow up’s both locally and to the executive management on Ireland. I was also project manager for a project that aimed optimize the use of the MPS module of the ERP system. I also had the role as deputy Finance manager.
