Rewrote the Federal Government policy document Framework for the Implementation of the Fourth National Mental Health Plan for Multicultural Australians to reflect updates in the 4th National Mental Health Plan and other more recent policy developments. Consultation with multicultural community groups and representatives in face-to-face meetings in NSW and Victoria, as well as phone consultations with representative groups from other states.Literature review on relevant existing literature on communication strategies and programs targeted at harm minimisation for smoking by pregnant Indigenous women.
