* Manage the manufacturing engineering department, consisting of Maintenance, Programming, Process Engineering and Production Engineering;* Work schedules and budgets related to the design, integration and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and systems;* Approving and overseeing the design and implementation of all manufacturing processes;* Ensuring work is completed in the required time frame and budget requirements;* Ensuring the equipment and systems adhere to safety requirements, as well as local and corporate regulations.* Responsible for providing all supporting analysis for CAPEX technical approval and manage all investment projects execution;* Work with all manufacturing departments to cascade KPIs and provide measuring means for data gathering and proper reporting.

* Provide direct and indirect supervision to Production Managers. * Receives assignments in the form of objectives and sets goals to achieve objectives. * Develop department budgets and goals. * Provide direct supervision to others, or indirect through subordinate Production Managers, and coordinates the activities of a department with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods, and employees safety.* Perform tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: - Manages resources responsible for assembling, testing, special processes and maintenance in a manufacturing site with 287 employees. - Plans manage and control department performance by establishing overall direction and priorities. - Establish policies and guidelines and evaluates results. - Establish production metrics, tracks metrics and sets realistic production goals to maximize throughput. - Drives and promotes quality workmanship and continuous improvement in all manufacturing processes.

* Assist the Management Team in continuing to deploy the Lean Six Sigma program through training, projects completion, communication, and Business Process Management Systems (BPMS).* Organize and sustain the Green Belt training and the Six Sigma training for Champions / management team;* Drive change at all levels of the organization* Provide Black Belt training and mentoring to certification* Administrate Lean Six Sigma teams from Ploiesti and Campina plants* Use data to convert broad generalizations into actionable goals.* Lead all major investments projects implementation
