My name is Stefan Misiraca and I bring over 20 years of real estate sales experience across a wide range of industries and businesses. After earning a BA in International Business at Cal Poly Pomona, I began my commercial real estate career at Lee & Associates. Focusing on the local owner user market, I successfully negotiated hundreds of sale and lease contracts including a $6M land purchase by one of the biggest office developers in the nation. After garnering notoriety in the industry, I was recruited to join CB Richard Elis, the largest real estate investment company in the world. As a Land and Development Broker, I identified land and development opportunities in the Inland Empire marketplace, and structured ground-up retail centers, office business parks, and industrial distribution projects. I moved to San Diego in 2009 and began working as a Commercial Investment Broker at Marcus & Millichap. I specialized in procuring commercial investment properties, specifically apartments and net leased investments throughout the county. In 2016, I joined the talented team of professionals at Canter Brokerage. Bringing years of diverse commercial real estate experience and an entrepreneurial spirit to the organization. I am currently focused on land and development opportunities in industrial, multifamily, retail and the growing utility scale solar market.
