Very excited to join Max Matthiessen as Head of Innovation to help develop the value proposition for corporate clients and individual customers. This is an exciting role at the intersection of my recent work with CX, design fiction, strategic foresight, future of work and leadership in the era of human-AI-zed growth. My previous role at McKinsey as Senior Design Director involved pioneering innovative strategies that reshape customer and employee experiences. Our team's strategic thinking and creative direction have significantly contributed to driving growth and loyalty for our global clients. Empowering others through coaching and capability-building, we reimagined challenges into opportunities for differentiation. Impact examples:— Helped a Global Technology Leader with deep research into employee needs to uncover key performance blockers and enablers to improve employee satisfaction and performance with ~30% time saving — Supported a leading energy company develop world-class customer experience transformation program achieving €7M savings and 15% top line growth through reduced churn plus increased up-selling and acquisition rates— Helped Global Bank redesign global performance management for 60 000+ employees by reframing the challenge with critical thinking and co-creating solutions with employees leading to 20% time saving and increased satisfaction of leaders and staff — Founder of McKinsey's first immersive design lab and WARP, the futuring and design fiction offering that helps clients time travel and take strategic decisions future-back.
