Very excited to join Max Matthiessen as Head of Innovation to help develop the value proposition for corporate clients and individual customers. This is an exciting role at the intersection of my recent work with CX, design fiction, strategic foresight, future of work and leadership in the era of human-AI-zed growth. My previous role at McKinsey as Senior Design Director involved pioneering innovative strategies that reshape customer and employee experiences. Our team's strategic thinking and creative direction have significantly contributed to driving growth and loyalty for our global clients. Empowering others through coaching and capability-building, we reimagined challenges into opportunities for differentiation.
