As the leader of a team of three professionals, I am being a key part of the organization-wide implementation of the Power Platform and process enhancement initiatives across multiple divisions. My role also entails substantial contributions to critical priority projects. Key responsibilities encompass: – Overseeing & and developing Power BI reporting across various business units, including Corporate Finance, Sales, Corporate IT, Research and Development, and Operations. – Developing and executing PowerApps solutions within the organization. – Providing support in the development of SAP HANA views. – Leading projects related to automation within Power Automate. – Managing Master Data Governance and clean-up initiatives.Collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders across the business to serve as a valuable business partner.

As the intermediary between 20 sales subsidiaries and Corporate Finance, I was responsible for executing a combination of monthly finance routines and selected priority projects. My core responsibilities included: – Conducting business control and monthly performance tracking of subsidiary entities. – Performing financial analysis (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to monitor business performance, evaluate financial risks and opportunities. – Engaging in forecasting and budgeting activities. – Developing and implementing Power BI dashboards as the primary reporting tool. – Support the development of a more Commercial and Pricing mindset, focusing on leading performance indicators. – Project management for projects and strategic initiatives. – Collaborating with senior stakeholders in finance business partnering and offering support for business cases and assessing investment cases

During my tenure as a Finance Graduate from September 2017 to August 2019, I completed the following rotations: - 1. Rotation, Sep 2017 - May 2018: GNH Regional Finance at HQ, Denmark. - 2. Rotation, May - Dec 2018: GNH Local Finance & severing as interim Finance Director in Yokohama, Japan. - 3. Rotation, Jan - Sep 2019: GNH Finance Projects at HQ, Denmark.
