With over 16 years of experience in the aviation industry, I have developed a strong expertise in aircraft operations, operations management, and Airport Operations. As an Inventory Control Associate at Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA), I was responsible for managing the inventory of equipment, parts and supplies, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and supporting the maintenance and repair of Airport facilities. As a Baggage System Operator at GTAA, I oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the baggage handling system, coordinating with various stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing the performance and reliability of the baggage system. I also have experience as an Aircraft Deicing Specialist at GTAA, where I applied my knowledge of aircraft deicing procedures and equipment, and ensured the safety and readiness of aircraft for departure. I have acquired skills in aircraft operations, operations management, and Airport Operations, and I have a diploma in Canadian Law/Legal Studies from Sheridan College.
