Performing all or some of the following duties in all roles with increasing levels of responsibility:• Overseeing daily operations with meticulous attention to detail• Performing as a strong leader of a cohesive team with strict enforcement of health, safety and statutory regulations, quality standards, governance processes and compliance requirements• Harvest specific duties including additions to juice, fermentation temperature control, preloading analysis forms within spec and stock control of additives for harvest• Supervising, setting clear goals and expectations, providing relevant feedback and discipline as required• Establishing, implementing and overseeing effective systems, processes and controls• Delivering a high standard of production, sales and marketing related administrative support • Sales and marketing including scheduling cellar door sales in tasting room • Customer service and liaison, building strong working relationships and effective communication channels with suppliers and other key stakeholders• Resolving complaints and enquiries from stakeholders• Planning and managing team performance, skills development, talent, and culture to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies• Facilities management including overseeing lawns, garbage disposal and gardens• Data entry and database management, maintaining meticulous records• Reading and interpreting technical documentation• Receiving and dispatching wine with complete, traceable and correct paperwork• Producing various budget forecasts, reports, presentations, analyses, correspondence and other documentation • Post-harvest duties including blending bottle and bulk wine• Determining and executing additions to wine• Preparing samples for analysis and clients• Maintaining good manufacturing practice standards for audits• Managing wine intakes and storage
