In this assignment I worked as one of H&M Brands internal HR Business Partners. The assignment primary included daily support to managers within various areas such as recruitment, performance & talent management, work environment & rehab, leadership and organizational development and exits etcetera.

As an HR Consultant my main responsibility was to support the clients in several assignments of varying length and scope, either in specific projects or as an interim consultant.

In this assignment I worked as one of Vasakronan's internal HR Partners. The assignment primary included daily support to managers within various areas. It also included procurement and implementation of an HR system as well as digital reference check tool integrated with their ATS, developing employer branding strategy, employee surveys, recruitment, exits, development and implementation of onboarding process etc.

As an HR consultant my primary responsibility was to support our customers in several assignments of various length and extent within the field of HR. In addition to this, I supported internally in various projects such as helping our HR Business support customers in labor law issues and running various digitization projects etc.

As a Labour Law Advisor I provided qualified advice in law and contract matters to union members, elected representatives, managers in varying levels, authorities and employers. Common areas treated in this work were terminations, working environment, rehabilitation, discrimination and salary reviews etc. In addition to this I worked as a supervisor for new employees. This work led to very good hands-on experince within the labour law.

As a Member Administrator I handled incoming emails and phone calls of varied nature. The matters were primarily related to billing questions, terms and conditions and changes to membership details.

Parallel to my studies I worked as an HR Assistant in the department of "Business Support and Development". In this position I supported the HR Manager and HR Specialists in their daily work. Examples of tasks were to write and publish job ads, write and review employment contracts, travel claims, conference invitations and to publish different contents on the intranet and the external web. Programs and platforms I worked in were Excel, SharePoint and Escenic.

Parallel to my studies I worked as a Staffing and Recruitment Assistant in team Finance and Sales where I supported the Consultant Managers in their daily work. The role consisted of participating in the whole recruitment process, which mainly consisted of tasks such as advertisement, candidate search and selection, interviews, reference checks, salary negotiations, time reporting, schedule writing and informing candidates about terms of employment.
