I began my career within the world of marketing and communications. My personality traits as well as social skills soon led me to sales, where I began as a sales representative and quickly became a manager. Following my experience in the world of marketing on a national level, I joined a company that operates internationally and felt comfortable in the environment. The sectors where I feel competent are EV - Photovoltaic - Welding. Whilst at this company, I became sales manager for Italy followed by business development manager for new foreign markets.My experiences have led me in particular to French-speaking markets and to the management of important international groups, including GD and GDS groups.In 2000 I launched my own business as a sales consultant where I carry out specified goals on key accounts and act as a sales consultant on targeted projects, while continuing to maintain my role as sales manager.I thrive at my job. I am constantly focused and attentive to changes in the market and try to anticipate future needs.As I see it, today’s winning strategy for a company or a new employee is to be proactive. The words "it can't be done" are not ones in my vocabulary. I ask the same mindset from my team, as I believe there is always a way. I like to set goals and the greatest satisfaction I have experienced to date is reaching them as a team. La mia esperienza parte nel settore marketing e comunicazione, la mia attitudine mi porta a diventare un venditore… e da commerciale a sales manager il passo è stato breve.Dopo questa esperienza entro a far parte di un’azienda che opera a livello internazionale. I settori di competenza sono E-Mobility – Fotovoltaico - macchine di saldatura. In questa azienda divento sales manager Italia e poi business development manager per i mercati esteri. Mi sono stati attribuiti in prevalenza mercati di lingua francofona e ho maturato una lunga esperienza nella gestione di importanti gruppi internazionali e catene GD e GDSNel 2000 apro la mia attività come consulente commerciale dove svolgo azioni mirate come key account e consulente commerciale, continuando però a svolgere il mio ruolo di sales manager. Adoro il mio lavoro, sono sempre concentrato e attento alle mutazioni del mercato, cercando di anticiparne le esigenze. E per me oggi l'attidune e la strategia vincente per un'azienda o un nuovo collaboratore è la reattività.
