In Dual Role.•Head of the procurement activities in NEA (China-HK-Taiwan) for Siemens Sector Industry, (6 divisions including Osram), with main focus on governance, compliance, organization, training and people excellence, methods&tools, regional pooling of demand for direct materials and best practice sharing.
