I am a freelance architect, and I mainly work on the design, development and construction management of industrial plants. I've recently completed the new "Finò Headquarters" (a fruit and vegetables Company) in Savignano sul Rubicone (FC) - Italy.General surfaces:Offices: 848 m²Terraces and balconies: 211m²Laboratory and cold rooms: 2982 m²Loading zone: 3330 m²Parking area and external pavings: 2230 m²Green areas: 9336 m²I'm also dealing with almost all the projects of Studio Valle Architetti Associati and in particular I have been involved in the Portello project in Milan, for which I have followed all the stages, from the strategic definition and concept design by way of the developed an technical design, up to the completion of the construction, cooperating closely with the project manager in the building site management.Besides that, I've been actively involved in most of the projects, by developing concept and technical drawings, managing the whole 3D modeling system and developing graphics for competitions and communication of the firm projects, both in Italian and in English.Qualities and skills:- good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team- remarkable ability to work under pressure and on pressing deadline- good organisational skills (simultaneous management of different activities)- self motivated and able to take responsibility - flexible attitude - great interest in learning and developing new computer programs - able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information - able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externallyThorough knowledge of software such as Autocad, Archicad, Photoshop, Sketchup, Vray (different engines), Lumion, Indesign, Microsoft Office and OpenOffice.Passion for freehand drawing.
