I am a long experienced project manager, with a strong background in Information Technology.My career began in 1983 as a software developer at Lombardia Informatica, and in 39 years of professional experiences, I have been able to collaborate with very different companies such as structure and size, in different business areas, in national and international environments, and with local Public Administration.I am a dynamic, positive and curious person, prepared to interpersonal relationships, with strong adaptability and mediation skills, team working and team leading skills, and the ability to work for objectives.My strong point is the transversal experience accumulated by covering technical roles in IT field, then in analysis and re-engineering of business processes in private companies and in the local PA, following with personal data protection seen at both a regulatory and technical level, deepening current cybersecurity issues.From these professional experiences gained in very different companies, I learned to relate to any kind of interlocutor, from top management to executive, in order to know and understand the environment in which we operate, evaluate business processes and the needs of the stakeholders, to negotiate and clearly agree on the expected objectives, and propose, plan and deploy technical and organizational solutions consistent with the company context.My recent independent business experience has strengthened my ability to work independently, to identify and achieve goals, and to make decisions.
