I coordinate the MEMS Layout Team and I directly support MEMS Design team also in terms of Design Kit development.My team and I follow, from the layout point of view, all the mechanical devices to be placed in the MEMS products of AMS: inertial products, magnetic products and open package products (uphone, pressure sensor, umirror, etc).I also follow the design of business C.O.T.
