Total Responsibility of the functions : Accounting, Finance & Controlling. - Coordination of Accounting & Finance (6 People) and Controlling (4 People)- Direct Report to the CEO – Dotted-Line Report to the Group Controlling and to the Group Finance- Cash Flow Management & Interactions / Negotiations with the Banks- Cooperation with the Auditors of the Group to get the IAS/IFRS Reporting Package Certification - Cooperation with the Tax Consultant and strict control of the respect of the Company Tax duties and deadlines (F24, VAT, Tax Declaration,…)- Accounting Supervision to assure the correctness of the bookings- Quarterly and Monthly Closings in addition to the Official P&L and Balance Sheet (Local GAAP / IAS IFRS)- Weekly/Monthly IAS/IFRS Reporting to the CEO and to the Group Controlling. - Profit Center Calculation & Cost Center Management- Interactions with Operations to get flows supporting the industrial controlling- Support to the external lawyers

- Study & Implementation of a brand new Controlling System- Cost Centers Definition & Process Implementation - Accounting&Finance Team Coordination- Controlling Team Implementation & Basic Training- Cash Flow Management- Reporting Activity- Cooperation with HR Dept

- Basic Reporting Implementation- Financial/Accounting coordination of the 4 companies belonging to the “old” Kosme Group- Accounting Activities- Coordination of the Merge of the 4 companies belonging to the “old” Kosme Group done in September 2005- Cash Flow Management

- Company General Management from the acquisition done by KRONES AG (linked to the completion of the acquisition of Kosme Srl)- Implementation and management of the company liquidation planned by the shareholders.
