Data Protection Officer
Current- Create a global privacy framework to ensure compliance with the GDPR and any other applicable privacy law in the countries where the company operates- Lead the global privacy team and supervise the “privacy champions” program- Design data protection and privacy policies and strategies and oversee effective and consistent implementation at the global level- Update and maintenance of the business processes in terms of data protection in cooperation with the product units and with the Information Security team- Install and update a personal data inventory- Develop and implement policies concerning the storage and deletion of personal data- Coordinate the development of a personal data breach plan to ensure timely remediation of security incidents and notification to the competent national authorities, where necessary- Inform and advise management, employees and third parties on data protection requirements and new developments- Monitor compliance with legal obligations under GDPR and any other applicable data protection law (including CCPA)- Initiate, design and deliver training modules; promote activities to raise awareness for data protection related matters within the Sportradar group- Carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments and present risks to senior management- Contact point for national authorities, employees and data subjects
