CurrentMy Tasks at Maggi Technology. - Management and development of new and existing customers in the areas of competence.- Set up of commercial agreements and definition of mid and long time sales targets. - Analysis of all the order procedures, to identify and implement best practices and to smoothen and improve the sale process. - PUSH activity – search and management of sales leads trough search engines, public directories, social media. - Customers search and Management trough CRM platform (Hubspot) which integrates of all the phases of relationship with the customer, from the first contact to the after sales consultancy. Management of the general customers' DB. Definition, in accordance with the Company Management, of focus areas/customers and of strategies to be carried out with them. - Cold calling and first contact activity with new counterparts. - Collection of information about prospects on web sites of competitors and of companies offering complementary products.- Preparation of offers and orders and follow up of them.- Cooperation with the Administration Dept (cash flow management, payments control), with the Logistic Dept (shipments follow up) and with the After sales Service (complaints management). - Organization, setting up, participation to webinars, Open House events, International Fairs and other promotional initiatives. International fairs attended: Eurobois (Lyon, France), Xylexpo 2018 (Milan, Italy), IWF (Atlanta, USA), Bife Sim 2018 (Bucarest, Romania), LIGNA 2019 (Hannover).- Reception of customers and partner dealers at the company’s premises, with product demos and commercial trainings. - Planning, Setting up and participation (as main actor) of promotional videos and contents shared via web site and social media.
