My personal goal is to provide leadership, technical support, training and guidance in the products and processes to the proposal engineering team members- Responsible for reviewing customer technical and commercial specifications and supervising the production of high-quality quotations.- Coordinate technical and commercial activities for the proposal and estimating team and implementation of all necessary procedures and processes.- Responsible for designing the proposal response, scheduling all activities and coordinating the completion of those activities to meet the customer's deadline- Responsible for applying company standards and solutions to meet the customer's requirements.- Acting as point of contact during and after the tendering phase between the client and internal departments such as technical R&D, production, legal, logistics and finance- Develop and review proposal strategies and themes and develop Proposal Management Plan
