Gestione del Team composto dai responsabili produzione per divisioni di prodotto e di reparto. Monitoraggio avanzamento commessa, gestione date consegna. Analisi e monitoraggio costi di trasformazione in ottica efficienza e riduzione tempi set up . Gestione Energie e rapporti con fornitori, contratti di fornitura. Analisi Nuovi investimenti per nuove linee produttive. Rapporti sindacali e parti sociali. In azienda dal 2006.-Plant Manager with Delegation from Employer and Proxy from Safety and Environment Manager. Direct responsibility for production of the production site and plant management and maintenance. Development of new production logics. Development of new maintenance logics. Team management made up of production managers by product and department divisions. Order progress monitoring, delivery date management. Analysis and monitoring of transformation costs with a view to efficiency and reduction of set up times. Energy management and relations with suppliers, supply contracts.
