Finance business partner for the 5 Business Units of Industrial Automation division;• For the Division Prepares, Reviews, analyzes, and interprets financials, KPIs, budgetary, forecasts reports• Interfaces with Controlling Department about all Divisional Financials (Profit & Loss by Bunisess unit, Profit and loss by Area Geo)• Support divisional Management in driving total cost control (COGS, Opex) and trade working capital efficiency• Sales and other key Company functions (Operations, Quality etc.): full responsibility for the implementation of related improvement actions• Planning and analysis on investments (ROI on New Products and business projects)• Ownership: budget and business plan , Projects of cost reduction , Mergers & Acquisition assessments

- Management of the accounting and controlling activities, in order to perform the montly closing of the Finacial Reporting Package;- Review monthly financial results, investigating and documenting significant differences between actual results and the budgeted targets. - Due diligence activity for acquisition: definition of target price, review of balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow analysis of this acquisition from a fiscal point of view, transaction service activity. Perform Business Analysis related to the following issues: - Sales and Booking Analysis on a montly basis related to the Sales Organizations;- Gross Margin Analysis, related to the different Product Groups and product line;- Cost Center variance investing the difference between actual and budget; - Ebitda and Net Financial position and Cash flow variance.

- Supervisor of all finance activities of Laservall spa, a company of 20-25 mln revenues, purchased by Datalogic Group;- Management of General Accounting Activities and Management Control;- Review the monthly financial statement; - Managing relationships with Banks, Suppliers and Clients; - Visit at Laservall Asia, an affiliated company of Laservall spa in Hong Kong.
