I am an automation engineer and received the graduate degree at the “Politecnico di Milano” in 1995.I started my professional carrier working as Application Engineer for a Siemens integration solution partner in the PLC area for steel factories and cement plants, demonstrating fast-learning and self-starting ability, with a strong sense of urgency who responds positively to challenge and pressure.Afterward, I joined Invensys as Technical Leader in 2005; this was the opportunity for me to join a MAC and develop the technical and communication skills required to manage medium/large projects with EPC and end-users. Then, I moved to the Project Management delivering projects within the Oil & Gas and Power sectors, managing the full project-lifecycle; during that period and in several circumstances, I have demonstrated influential leadership that can direct structured teams and manage stakeholder expectations.Overall, I have been recognized for my technical and management competency and for the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly when determined by project and/or company and/or client need.
