In charge of the Go to Market planning and execution of acquisition related measures, setting volume targets, tracking and monitoring the relative initiative with the sales channels.

In charge of the global positioning of the Scrambler family, working on both the product and the communication related, supporting brand equity growth and new product launches, optimizing global coordination of the marketing strategies.For the product marketing side I develop commercial parameters for the Scrambler family product plan through market analysis, target clients, expected volumes, pricing strategy, and media spending for the new product initiatives.On the communication side, my main duties include: monitor consumer insights; execute advertising campaigns; develop the brand visual identity; produce branded contents; build and maintain social media presence; sustain and amplify brand events and sponsorships.

Manage the current products’ Life-Cycle and Positioning together with the cross model initiatives.Develop commercial parameters for the Alfa Romeo Product Plan.Collaborate on the developing the Brand Image, monitoring Customer’s profile, both for new and existing carlines.Coordinate launch plans related to current products regarding advertising, media communications, along with pricing, sales planning, dealer network and supply chain management.Collaborate with the international Business Centers finalizing the Marketing Plans within the overall budget process and reviews and contributing to the products’ commercial Launch Plan. Monitored the commercial parameters KPI in order to contribute daily activities.

Monitor the Fleet and Used car Market for Italy and the major European branches, Uk, France, Spain, Germany. Successfully conduct analysis of the residual value of the group’s product related to the performance of the competitors. Consistently support the different brands with forecast analysis of the residual value for the new products. Partecipate with the rating agencies and the dealers in the valuation process of the single product.

Successfully conduct feasibility analysis of new proposition of pre-paid offers monitoring their paybacks. Consistently support the Marketing Chiefs monitoring the actual performance & KPI. Developed new reports supporting the daily activities.
