Main duties and responsibilities: - Define and manage manufacturing projects for new products;- Renewal and optmisation of existing manufacturing lines;- Complete Cradle-to-grave engineering project follow-up, including Supply, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning;- Build cross-functional and cross-departmental support, fostering overall effectiveness;- Manage relationships with preferred suppliers and with the project's team;- Quality Risk Assessment and definition of mitigation plans;- Develop User Requirements and System Specifications documents and data sheets;- Create and execute Qualification Protocols (DQ / IQ / OQ / PKV / PQ), in accordance with GMP guidelines and the main regulatory requirements (21 CFR Part 11);- Develop SOPs and manage the appropriate technical training;- Adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental Policies, and keep a healthy and safe-conscious working environment (UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 and BS OHSAS 18001).
