In my working life I have been working in several different Finance positions mainly in four companies: - Ernst&Young as Senior Auditor, - Covidien (Mallinckrodt) as EMEA FP&A Manager and Regional Controller,- Zambon as Controlling Business Partner for Latin America Region (Brazil and Colombia), Growing Emerging Markets Region (Russia, CIS, China, Indonesia and Distributors) and R&D- and most recently with ITALFARMACO Group S.p.A. as Finance Lead Rare Disease Europe and Group R&D Controller During my time as EMEA FP&A Manager (with 2 direct reports based in Germany) I led business planning processes and reporting rhythms most importantly: forecasts / strategic plans, monthly closures and ad hoc initiatives to support EMEA business growth.As Regional Controller I provided business partnership to the Management and support on the key business decisions making.As Controlling Business Partner I have been ensuring the Regions and R&D Directors of all financial processes, supporting Management in interpreting financial drivers and key business decisions making.As Finance Lead Rare Disease Europe ensuring, together with the VP Rare Diseases Europe and the cross-functional DMD (Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy) Leadership Team, a seamless execution of all finance processes related to the new Rare Disease Unit
