I'm a Management Engineering and I have participated in corporate life since the beginning of my university studies. I started working in my company C.B.S. in 2017.I was born and raised in the composite world materials, which I believe is fascinating and powerfull. Since I have joint to the company I have been mainly interested in the technical-commercial area, following projects from start to delivery.I strongly believe in finding new solutions outside the comfort zone, first of all to satisfy customer needs, but also to optimize and make internal processes more efficient.I am a very curious and active guy, part of the board of directors of Confindustria Giovani Alto Milanese and, together with other partners, we founded a start-up that supplies recycled carbon fiber materials. I am optimist and anercial guy and I believe that with passion and dedication you can achieve all your goals.-------------------------------------Sono Laureato in Ingegneria Gestionale e ho partecipato alla vita aziendale sin dall’inizio degli studi universitari fino all'ingresso in azienda nel 2017.Sono nato e cresciuto nel mondo dei materiali compositi, che ho sempre trovato affascinante e costruttivo, e dal mio ingresso in azienda, mi sono interessato prevalentemente all’area tecnico commerciale, seguendo i progetti dall’inizio alla fine.Credo molto nel trovare sempre soluzioni nuove e fuori dalla comfort zone, in primo luogo per soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti, ma anche per ottimizzare e rendere più efficienti i processi interni.Sono un ragazzo molto curioso e attivo, parte del consiglio direttivo di Confindustria Giovani Alto Milanese e, insieme ad altri soci, abbiamo fondato una start up che fornisce materiali riciclati in fibra di carbonio.Sono un energico ottimista e credo che con passione e dedizione si possano raggiungere tutti i propri obiettivi.
