The Broughton Pub and Eatery launched in September 2019. Located on a traditional site, The Broughton creates a welcoming space for everyone with good drinks and refined comfort food. Rico's is Edinburghs was a destination restaurant located in the heart of the city centre. A modern day Italian venue with a nod to the classic bringing you the best homemade pasta in the city with dishes to match.Michelin Recommended 2022With launching Rico's we also launched a Pop-Up Pasta Bar from July - December in the new St James Quarter to run alongside the opening of Rico's.

The WestRoom was my second venue. Located in the heart of Edinburgh's West End we are the Capitals first Cicchetti bar serving a selection of Italian 'tapas' style dishes matched with a strong Italian heritage drinks offering.

My role within the FA was focused on continual growth of visitor numbers coming into the National Stadium delivered by international and domestic trade partners. By doing this I account manage our key clients, develop sales strategies for new trade partners, represent the FA at all relevant trade shows and manage the trade and promotions budget relating to our marketing spend and investment with domestic and international tourism trade within the FA.Achievements;• Within 6 months a notable 12% growth of trade figures with visitors coming into the stadium.• Brought on-board 4 new key partners and re-built numerous relationships with existing partners to maximise potential growth with them.• Creation of the "Wembley Stadium Memorabilia Walk".• Successful Match-day sponsor partnership liaison with Tottenham Hotspur Football Club during their tenancy.

I worked across both the marketing and sales teams within the club for the Ladies, U23s and first team. Additional to this, working for the match day events team each hosting all executive boxes at the stadium for each home game. My year at the club was split in two with the first six months focusing on the SAFC Ladies team. I constructed the marketing plan to run along with the FAWSL season and drive attendance numbers up. I also generated sponsorship packages to sell out to help finance and assist in the development of relationships with key funding partners to ensure sustainability within the SAFC Ladies Team.The following six months I focusing on sales across all three teams targeting match day hospitality and support in fan-based programmes and events to appeal to club supporters of all ages. From this I became involved with the clubs Digital Ambassador and their work on social media platforms to help with fans engagement.
