Directorship of RDA Division with the following main roles and responsibilities:Research & Development Projects: undertaking and handling feasibility studies and business plans, project management for the development of the IIS Group services.Funding Management: identification of financing sources for R & D projects, funding management, accountability; selection of industry’s relevant opportunities to take part in research funded projects consistent with the resources and expertise offered by the IIS Group; application assistance and management for clients and potential clients of the IIS Group to foster and take advantage of funding opportunities for the purchase of the Group's services.Academy: Welcoming training and professional placement of newly recruited staff of the IIS Group, with limited or no professional background, in order to ensure a most appropriate and smooth purpose integration into the organization; management of young employees in internship processes such as scholarships, job training, etc.; planning and management of training paths to widen and raise the Academy personnel's skill and expertise; teaming of the Academy's staff for R & D projects.

Management of the commercial pilot project of internationalization with the aim to undertake comprehensive market study , identify and exploit market opportunities and promote IIS business to potential Customers within the territory of GCC, through focused introduction meetings with major local players, probing opportunities of local partnerships, by entering into agreements and MOUs, developing feasibility studies and business plans, undertaking and management of supplier accreditation schemes and of tendering processes, reporting directly to CEOs of the group and to the IIS Steering Committee.
