• Assessment and optimization of AML processes to ensure risk control and revision/drafting of AML Policies.• Reporting activities to Corporate Boards and Authorities.• Definition and implementation of AML second-level controls Framework.• Regulatory and functional support for AML process analysis, evaluation, and optimization and subsequent reengineering of solutions of Know Your Customer, Transaction Monitoring, Customer screening, and Suspicious Activity detection and management (through standard and innovative technologies).• Coordination of several compliance gap analysis, software developments and implementation activities (related AUI - Archivio Unico Informatico solutions) aimed at achieving regulatory compliance with BankIT Provisions ensuring the communication between Business and IT.• Governance of processes underlying "Segnalzione AntiRiciclaggio Aggregate" (SARA) and "Comunicazioni Oggettive"; evaluation of proper aggregation methodologies.• Preliminary assessment of customer remote onboarding solutions; identification of risks and mitigating actions, definition of controls and integration of these controls into the wider System of Internal Controls, as required by EBA Guidelines.• Evaluation and optimization of risk models (based on both deterministic and probabilistic models) for customer AML risk profiling as well as to support suspicious transaction detection.• Coordination and functional support to the design and implementation of standardized conservation solution (as set out in Annex 1 of the Bankit Provisions) as well as data quality and reconciliation solutions.• Served as Scum Master/POs/BOs support and provided regulatory and functional support, follow up and resolution of dependencies insisting on software development and integration activities.• Drafting of market proposals• Coordination of a team of 5 resources.• Conducting interviews and recruiting activities.
