 Developing relationships with key accounts by renewing and up-selling existing contracts. Proactively contacting and negotiating with existing customers to continue on their current support plan or renew on a higher support plan. Working closely with field sales forces on the new licences/ renewal joint negotiations. Liaising with the legal/contract department to re-negotiate new Ts&Cs with the customer. Collaborating with the Back Office and Order Management teams in order to clean and close the processing of orders.

 Developing relationships with key accounts and business partners in order to maximise customer retention. Proactively engaging with and understanding the competition with a view to developing appropriate sales strategies. Researching market trends and converting sales leads into actual sales by ultimately closing sales opportunities. Prospecting and acquiring new accounts. Providing regular feedback to management. Mentoring and training new team members of the division.

 Handling telephone and e-mail based IT queries from internal IBM employees in EMEA. Timely resolution of critical customer requests based on various technical environments and solutions provided, using the latest technologies over IBM applications, Microsoft Office, Windows OS, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP connectivity.

Teaching the Italian language and culture to beginner/intermediate level adult people.The classes were based on classic lectures, conversation sessions and online exercises.After the courses the students were able to sustain an informal conversation in most real life situations.
