I am an IT Consultant for Reply Consulting, with a focus on business analysis and business process design / reengineering. I used to deal with projects about ERP implementation for the Finance and Sourcing areas. Nowadays, my projects deal with the analysis and the deployment of custom solutions in the Operations department. During my career I have been acquiring competencies in several Italian industries, such as Fashion & Luxury, Public transportation and Healthcare. I am familiar with B2C business models, although my most relevant projects were about B2B and B2P solutions.In my projects I deal with all the phases of the project lifecycle that stand between the project kick off and the closing, such as project scope definition, scheduling, release and closing. In addition to business analysis and project management, I am engaged in the design of the technical solutions, usually the activity that amazes me the most.I also personally perform all the tasks related to business requirements collection and elicitation, as well as leading demo sessions with C-Levels.During the implementation phase, I coordinate the activities of the developers, I organize and perform QA tests, UATs and training sessions for the final users.In general, I use Visio for Business Process Design, Microsoft Project for planning and control, Office for the activities related to analysis and reporting, DBeaver through SQL coding for data management.In addition, as a personal interest, I have recently been studying the processes managed by CRM solutions. Specifically, I test my skills on Trailhead (by Salesforce) using Salesforce's Customer 360. Indeed, I have earned superbadges and completed modules mainly designed for system administrators, which provided me valuable insights and suggestions for my daily activities as an IT consultant.
