Investigate about quality events raised during the order processing and manage customer dissatisfaction events Oversees verification and control of quality levels of manufactured products. Responsible for customer satisfaction on the quality of products and services. Provides metallurgical assistance to support processes at the plant

Ensures issues relating to quality for Licensee and Manufacturing Services specifically: Audits, Corrective Actions, Customer Survey, Deviation Request. Procedures and Training are operational and effective. Performs assistance activity for the support of TenarisHydril premium connections including, licensee qualification, training, and licensee technical assistance. Provides timely response to support requests in a professional and efficient manner in support of customers and licensees expectations.Plans and schedules Regional qualifications and Audits. Interacts locally with the responsible of Technical Sales. Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with peers and internal/external customers.

Develops new special products to meet customers quality demands and lead relevant qualification process.Ensures quality product by detecting problems, making corrective actions and improving production results. Establishes customer satisfaction goals as required. Provides support to the commercial area analyzing offerings, assessments, investments and equipment for new projects as well as defining sale terms together with the Credit area and pricing with the Commercial Planning area, based on market and customer segmentation.
