Building my next venture alongside passionate founders and accessing unique support from day one

I partook in the design, development, and offer of a One-Year Training Program in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for mental health professionals in Peru and Latin America. We train future ACT therapists on the best practices and strategies, based on recent theory-based publications about ACT, Behavioural Contextual Therapies, and Process-based CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).

I worked as a psychotherapist providing DBT (Dialectic Behavioural Therapy), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions. Leveraging data science to improve people's life at the workplace

I designed a psycho-metric evaluation process to assess the participants of Mindfulness-based programs offer to different organizations. At the same time, I oversaw the implementation of the institution's Health and Clinical Psychology Area. Thus, I established the guidelines for evidence-based individual support, coaching, and psychotherapeutic services. I was in charge of the practical and applied research lectures of the "Design and Development of Psychometric Instruments" course. Which is part of the Psychometrics and Research academic area of the Psychology undergraduate degree study plan. During the two semesters, I had the honour to present my thesis at educational and research promotion events such as the "First International Colloquium" of the Psychology faculty.

I took part in the design and laid the foundations, functions, and objectives of a self-help group for patients diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Furthermore, I taught specialized talks for health personnel on dealing with stress, anxiety, and burnout, highlighting the importance of self-care and the use of Mindfulness skills, based on recent evidence and theory-based methods.
