I partook in the design, development, and offer of a One-Year Training Program in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for mental health professionals in Peru and Latin America. We train future ACT therapists on the best practices and strategies, based on recent theory-based publications about ACT, Behavioural Contextual Therapies, and Process-based CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).

I worked as a psychotherapist providing DBT (Dialectic Behavioural Therapy), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions.
