At the beginning of 2017 I decided to move to the HR Team to enhance the knowledge of social dynamics, such as team working and recruiting process. In particular, I collaborated in the selection of new future members and in the so-called "AIR project", which goal is to promote member's continuous growth.The most challenging project has been taking part in a consulting team for an local enterprise, with the supervision of a real consulting firm. Our purpose, initially, was to develop a method to evaluate and improve the operation's process effectiveness, later we have also planned the new plant disposition and logistics.

I began as a member, collaborating in different projects to improve my knowledge of the association and its working approach. To challenge myself, in the 2016, I became the Project Manager of "Project Management Business Game". In the first period, "Becoming Manager" has been one of the most formative project which enhanced my team working ability and allowed me to understand how enterprises work. I also took part in another project, called "Lean Competition", where I learned the Lean production basis, later deepened with other studies.In the second year, I managed a team of six people to improve and promote a consolidated JEst's Business Game. The Project Management BG is a simulation of a project management case: it allows the participant to understand and test their ability with some usual insturment like the Gantt diagram and the Work Breakdown Structure in a faux environment. During that period I also began to develop a new business game about Risk Management, that should be ready for the first test in the late 2017.

I work as a photographer in teams of 4-5 people in sport events to realize and sell the photos. I mainly collaborate with Giacommello photos, but recently I formed my own team to be able to follow some international dance events.
