Constantly in touch with assigned business customers providing them with service, give technical support for the customers using the TRANSPOREON platform.Solving technical problems and issues via telephone or e-mail.Administrative tasks as problem analyses, accounting issues, translation of documents from EN to IT language.

Ptp activies include:Processing all received invoices performing payments processes.Invoice managment, Invoices processing, travel and expenses, handling queries, periodic checking of reports, tax payment etc..

Provide day-to-day support in Medtronic Order-To-Cash Back Office processes (orders, disputes & credits, etc.) as well as Supply Chain Back Office (automated/simple) processes (cycle count, etc.) through analytical and operational support.Provide a professional level of support to the Front Office staff & medical representatives by processing a broad knowledge of Medtronic products, tools and policies and ability to monitor product & information flows as well as resolving issues.
