• Support manager of the Clinics in the operational activity, for example developing new projects or services and make more efficient the resource allocation
• Prepare timely and accurate quarterly and annual financial statements, internal and external reports, and other discrete ad hoc financial analyses, reports and models as required (scenario/impact analysis on business.
• Preparation and presentation of financial reports and plans for the CFO and divisional stakeholders

• Reference for clinics in resolving any issues of an operational nature relating to General Management
• Preparation of Scenario analysis and business cases for proposed solutions, providing an objective analysis of a potential new market opportunity to be used as a basis for investment hypothesis of the Company in new.
• Support the definition and implementation of new services, protocols, operating procedures, etc. and monitoring the correct application
• Coordinate all marketing activities, especially that addressed to private market development

• Business plan preparation named “Italian Cardiovascular Network” and support in the definition of new supply models of health services
• Define a marketing plan in a new or undefined market:define target market, understand key customer needs, differentiate our product from the competition, quantify the sales and profit opportunity, define the strategy.
• Financial and economic feasibility analysis of the projects
• Development and definition of healthcare – scientific - educational projects, agreement and strategic partnership with national and international hospitals
