I am conferred the official PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credentials by the International Coaching Federation and I work with individuals, companies and students at Luiss Business School. My clients are men and women aged between 18 and 55, professionals willing to become capable of more functional behaviours and a better performance, and individuals willing a full, authentic and richer life. My scope is to make it possible for them to express their full potential by bringing their talents, qualities and skills to light, and turn them more aware of themselves and their objectives.

My lectures are about leadership, decision making and team management, and integrate my experience in environments marked by high uncertainty, volatility, ambiguity and stress with my studies on the human brain and behavioural sciences. They are held within the Master in Business Administration (MBA) and the Executive Programme in General Management.At the Hub in Belluno I hold the Employability Lab aimed at making students more aware of their talents, competencies and emotions, as well as of the importance of soft skills in order to make it easier for them to enter into the labour market more intentionally and consciously.

My workshops are part of the Master degree in Management Engineering and are given both in Italian and English. They are held at the beginning of the academic year and address the topic of working and collaborating effectively within diverse teams.

Within the Master to become a Coach, I support students in their learning by supervising their group and individual work and offering feedback, tools and inspiration.

I support students aged between 12 and 18 in making their choices about school, education and life. By using tools and techniques of coaching, I encourage their thinking on the interests, capacities, qualities and desires they have.

In collaboration with training companies or alone I intervene or hold trainings about leadership, public speaking, team and people management, and negotiation.

I had the overall responsibility of the Field Human Resources area as well as the Medical Unit and the operational researches conducted in Italy. The team was composed of nine people.My primary responsibility was to consolidate and improve the recruitment, training and management of the Italian field workers; the objective was to supply the organization with the right people, at the right moment, and according to the needs. At international level, I have been working in the designing of a new recruitment model aimed to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the current system.I actively contributed to promote the visibility and awareness of MSF in Italy through several interviews on national and local media, debates, workshops, as well as internal and external training. As a member of the Management Team, I was involved in defining the strategy of MSF Italy, handling significant and fundamental operative and organizational matters, and ensuring internal communications.

I started as a Field Logistician, initially in Chad and later in Colombia where, after some months, I was appointed as a Project Manager. From 2009 to 2011 I was Head of Mission in Haiti where I leaded the operations during and after the earthquake of January 2010 in one of the biggest humanitarian interventions ever realised by the organisation. Later I was given the responsibility for the emergencies in Latin America and Caribbean at the office in Panama. Finally I was appointed as Head of Mission in South Sudan, at the time one of the biggest and complex operations of the organization.During these experiences I managed multicultural, small, medium size and big teams (from some few dozens to thousands of people) in areas affected by conflicts, natural catastrophes and outbreaks, and marked by intense stress, high danger, unpredictability and uncertainty. I developed and consolidated skills on decision making, analysis, team management, security, negotiation, and networking.

Starting as Junior, I gradually undertook the responsibility of defining the suppliers and negotiating the terms of purchase for all the hypermarkets Auchan in Italy as for dairy products. In addition, in the last year I have been appointed to develop a project of international purchasing through auctions and on-line negotiations.
