In the role of Social Media Manager, I implemented digital user relations and organised marketing and sales campaigns via social media. At the height of the Covid-19 epidemic, the company where I worked had to request a lay-off period, which I took advantage of by seizing the important opportunity to work with Edra, supporting the customer service department of a major pharmaceutical company.In costumer service activities, I handled incoming calls from customers/pharmacists requesting news and information on specific drugs, reporting results and any feedback from the user to the company manager. It was certainly a significant experience for me, I had to manage very delicate situations considering both the period and the reference sector; this allowed me to improve my control and problem solving skills in high stress circumstances, helping people in difficulty

During the second year of the ITS New Media Marketing course, I had the good fortune to be able to concretely apply the theoretical and practical knowledge I had acquired in a large reality such as Rold: a strictly Italian company with an international reputation, awarded by the World Economic Forum as a 'Lighthouse Plant', one of the best production plants in the world.I worked with the communications team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. To launch an online communication strategy, I carried out a strategic analysis of the market, defining the company's positioning. I created texts, content and presentations for internal and external communication, under the supervision and advice of my Manager. I managed social media marketing activities, defining a communication style and creating an editorial plan and calendar, devising the content and seeing to its realisation and publication.In collaboration with the company's Digital Solutions branch, directly assisting the relevant Manager, I participated in trade fairs and conventions in the sector; I also collaborated in the planning of corporate events.

In the first year of the ITS New Media Marketing course, I had the opportunity to collaborate with the marketing department of an important company in the Lombardy region, Agricola. As Digital Strategist, I carried out data collection and analysis for the realisation of market research. I analysed the results obtained from web marketing campaigns by creating new content proposals in coordination with the social media manager. I managed and implemented SEO activities in order to gain visibility in web searches, modifying the site content and optimising it. I collaborated with the graphic designer for the creation of all the online and offline material, in line with the brand's style.I took part in the conception and organisation of events at the company, collaborating in the definition of technical and communication features. I was able to interface with external operators, seeking collaborations and managing the relative contacts over time.
