Stefano Collatina graduated in Medicine in Rome in 1987 and had his 34 years career development in Healthcare Industry, either in Italy and in the US, mostly in Multinational organizations like Bristol-Myers Squibb, Merck, Schering AG and Baxter. His experience ranged from Medical to Sales and Marketing roles, from Business Development to Market/Patient Access, from Open Innovation to General management. Stefano’s key competences are at the intersection of Medicine, Business and Technology. Stefano has a record of several product launches in different therapeutic areas, with a strong operation background obtained through the management of different Business Units. Stefano is currently the Country Lead at Baxter SpA, and, at the same time, is the Head of Baxter Integrated Care Solution Unit and Digital Head for South Europe, coordinating the efforts of Baxter GAPP, Market Access, Key and Strategic Account Management with the objective to develop and implement initiatives that will deliver sustainable value to the healthcare stakeholders. In addition Stefano is contributing to the development of Value Solutions within the ICS European Team, and is leading several projects of clinical pathways and digital optimization in South Europe Area (Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal, France and Malta).Stefano is member of the Board of Egualia, the Italian Association representing the Generic Drugs Industries, and Vice-President and Chairman of the Italian Biosimilar Group.
